Try to research about the herbal or holistic treatment. Also, always try to get a second opinion. Once I watched on public broadcasting Dr. Mark S ( do not remember his last name ), he wrote a book listing all helpful herbal medicine and also appropriate diet. Try to find him and see if you can get the right medicine to heal and feel stronger. Wishing you health and happiness. God bless you.

i can relate to you...i am only 48...this is all new to me also...i like to close my eyes totally relax and and take slow long deep breaths and just block out every noise...sometimes i feel that helps...give it a try...other than that you are not alone and keep reaching out as i do...stay close to your family and friends...god be with you!
